What a GREAT year! Thankfully, 2008 was a wonderful year and we owe it all to you, our Lusiana Traditions customers. We are humbled and blessed to have such good friends and customers! Lusiana Traditions will be open Christmas Eve December 24th, so if you have any last minute Christmas needs we will still be able to help you!

We will be closed Fri. and Sat. December 26th and 27th so that we can have a little Christmas with our families too!

Santa Claus is Coming to Town!

It's almost time to hang up those stockings! We can help you wrap up your Christmas shopping in the next few days! Just a reminder: If you see something on this page or hear about it from a friend, just call and we will be glad to take your order over the phone, charge it, and wrap it up ready for you to pick up!

Engraved and monogrammed gifts are a very nice personal gift that will be treasured for a lifetime! Be aware of deadlines for monogrammed orders: Last day to order jewelry for hopeful Christmas Eve delivery is Tues. December 16th. Engraving is included in price of the jewelry! I will send the last of the Christmas orders that night. We can do a gift card for the ordered jewelry if you like!

Deadline for ordering monogrammed insulated lunch bags, fold up totes, aprons, guest towels, dish towels, baby burps, bibs, and onesies is 12:00 noon Thurs. December 18th. One color monogramming: single initial, three initial monogram, or name is just $5!

Stocking stuffers for the kids: cupcake bath fizzies; froggie, duck, butterfly shaped bath gels, horse, butterfly, and cheer notepads and pens; crown & cellphone lip gloss; mitten manicure sets; and lipstick pens! Little Happies for more adult kids: initial notepads, initial candles, inspirational notepads and note cards, mini graffiti crosses, pocket tokens, and key chains.

Need a little something for the party table at the Christmas celebration? We can fill your platter with delicious lemon shortbread straws or seasoned pecans: Cajun, praline, or bourbon praline pecans! YUMM! Or just pour Annie Mae's Salsa in a festive dip bowl and serve with chips! YUMMY! With just a little sour cream and mayonnaise, mix up our zesty Plantation Mex dip mix to serve with pretzel sticks or pita chips!

Don't forget the party napkins! We have whimsical snowmen and stockings, more sophisticated gold toile, holly, and Oh! Christmas Tree napkins available. Good gift hint:iron napkin holder (just $15.98!) and buffet napkins ($6.98)! Also a Fleur de Lis topped paper towel holder is in and trivet to match it coming soon!

Currant Thyme (in three sizes), Creme Brulee, and Tuscany fragranced votives adorned with initials are only $8. Sets of three votives: Creme Brule, Burgandy, and Currant Thyme tied with burgandy ribbon make a very nice gift as a set or individually!

Christmas shipments are still arriving! This week we expect the Blessing platter and bread plate, speckled blessing cross, Santa and Snowman fusion glass platters, cast iron napkin holder & trivet. Brr! Baby It's cold Outside!

Christmas Greetings friends!
It's just what I've been waiting for! A little Christmas weather for Christmas Spirit filled shopping! Just arrived: jewelry bags with a crazy Curlz monogram-for travel or dresser, silver Fleur de Lis pendants and earrings, notepads-inspirational, zebra print with initials, and LSU, and cool graffiti crosses. And...Yeah! The initial bejeweled notepads have arrived! Run by and pick up a few for stocking stuffers, teacher gifts, or a special "Little Happy"!

There is still enough time to order a monogrammed guest and dish towels, insulated lunch and tote bags, or even a special apron! We are watching the clock to order engraved silver, shell, and copper jewelry, and monogrammed soaps! If you are pressed for time and you know what you want, we can take your order over the phone! Remember our great shell monogrammed pendants large ($19 + tax) and small ($15 + tax) in lots of shapes: Diamond, oval, round, rectangular, and heart! You can order a monogram or single initial. We have many initials in stock, but in case your initial is missing we can order that too! I'll order on Thurs. Dec. 11 and Sat. Dec. 13 for shipments to arrive in time for Christmas! They have all been beautiful when they arrive and suit ladies of all ages!

We just think it's hot! My husband and I found a lovely old photo from the 1950's of his grandmother, sister, and himself.
